A typical day

  • *Start date: September 2021*
  • You will be in a rotational apprenticeship, covering various departments within Shareworks
  • Support the curation & publishing of legal & tax information
  • Learn the basics of operating employee share plans globally
  • Identify the principal legal & tax components of share plans
  • Develop processes to improve effectiveness
  • Identifying new sales opportunities & building a pipeline
  • Research identify & prospect for new clients
  • Qualify & book appointments with key decision makers within target organisations
  • Support sales process improvements, reporting & product marketing efforts
  • Support implementation of clients on to the Shareworks platform
  • Support clients with their reporting needs for financial reporting
  • Analyse/review client requests with respect to financial reporting
  • Coordinate process & data flows between corporate clients & Shareworks by Morgan Stanley
  • Respond to client questions assisting clients to fulfil their reporting requirements
  • Development of documentation of key procedures & controls related to financial reporting
  • Support internal teams with management & reconciliation of data imports into the Shareworks platform

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Three A levels at grades A*-C (or 240 UCAS points or new tariff equivalent)
