Teach First are looking for an ambitious and driven apprentice to join their team as their Digital Learning Coordinator. You’ll make sure their programmes use the very best digital learning techniques and tools available. You’ll also provide first class administrative support to their digital learning team which focuses on high quality, consistent and engaging learning experiences across all programmes.

A typical day

  • Authoring digital learning content across multiple programmes, based on curriculum plans and course templates ensuring courses are of the highest quality
  • Working closely with Curriculum Design team to ensure their digital learning administrative needs are met
  • Coordination of all enrolment of key staff onto learning tools
  • Supporting the Digital Learning Consultant and Digital Learning Advisor to ensure data gathering from learning tools is efficient and being used to improve quality of digital learning
  • Working closely with in-house Videographers to catalogue and maintain programme video content
  • The administration of uploading course resources and configuring course settings correctly.
  • You’ll take ownership for the building of learning content onto our learning platform, using pre-written templates
  • Ensuring course materials hosted are relevant and up to date
  • The organisation’s expert in digital course authoring and administration
  • Reviewing all course components and ensuring they comply with accessibility standards
  • The set up, configuration and testing all course components

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
