Mindshare Outcomes is a digital division within Mindshare and comprises of integrated performance specialists. They are looking for an ambitious and hard working apprentice to join their team and work towards strategy creation, planning, buying, managing and analysing campaigns.

A typical day

  • You will be instrumental in supporting the team in the creation, management and monitoring of Paid Search, Paid Social or Programmatic digital campaigns for global clients
  • Apply Mindshare best practices to execute campaigns and achieve positive client performance
  • Optimise campaigns, budgets, and bids based on campaign data within native or 3rd party management platforms
  • Create reports and actionable insights based on campaign and market data under the guidance of the Account Manager
  • Contribute to the generation of media plans
  • Assist in creating and enhancing ad copy
  • Contribute to materials required for regular internal or client meetings
  • Analyse and assess client landing pages to recommend improvements that would benefit digital campaign activity
  • Develop understanding of the client’s business – brand, category, products and competition, issues and challenges
  • Participation with key media partners
  • Begin to form opinions of media landscape and share points of view to keep the team on top of the latest trends or tech

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths

  • High attention to detail – able to spot trends in sets of data
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
  • An understanding of the functionality of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Any programming or coding knowledge is an advantage
  • Additional language skills are anadvantage
