The Account Executive role is based in Publicis’ Employee practice where they specialise in helping brands shape their reputation as an employer. Their Employee practice delivers multi-million-pound revenue each year and their work covers every step of the employee lifecycle from employer reputation-building, employer brand and recruitment marketing, through to internal communications, engagement and change management.

A typical day

  • Act as a key point of contacts for our clients
  • Conduct research into certain audiences, industries or channels and report findings
  • Construct presentations with the support and direction of senior team members
  • Co-ordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure projects and/or campaigns are delivered efficiently
  • Act as the internal client, sense-checking and ensuring all work that leaves the building is on brand and of the expected quality
  • Ensure projects and/or campaigns are delivered to budget and on time
  • Ensure clients are happy and receiving the highest levels of quality and service
  • Support senior team members in the development of client or campaign strategies
  • Conduct day-to-day administration and junior finance responsibilities
  • Help draft case studies for new business credentials and you will be expected to use social media platforms to write insightful content pieces on behalf of the agency

You must have

  • Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Six months’ admin experience
