This role sits within the Macro Research Division. Morgan Stanley are looking for an ambitious, self-starter to work on and or support some key strategic initiatives. *Start date: September 2021*
A typical day
- Facilitating and supporting EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) Client Connect efforts.
- Analysing and cross checking templates and distribution lists are accurate
- Liaising with publishing analysts throughout each campaign
- Managing EMEA based cycles of a key weekly global publication
- Confirming author – authors change on a rotational basis depending on current market trends and themes
- Facilitating authoring team has required access and meets key deadlines
- Managing client inbound to publishing author
- Managing the weekly Pipeline Publication database
- Ad hoc analysis – gain in depth knowledge of internal databases
- Run ad hoc analysis on: Interactions with different clients of the Firm and readership of research reports that have been published
- Evaluate, establish and formulate process around Broker vote capture and maintenance
- Outreach to other parts of the division on their process
- Identification and tracking of which and how our clients are performing broker votes
- Working with technology and data teams as appropriate
You must have
- Five GCSE grades C – A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Three A levels at grades A*-C (or 240 UCAS points or new tariff equivalent)
