We’re looking for apprentices that are curious about the built and natural environment and are committed to their personal development. We’ll teach you the skills and knowledge that you need for a rewarding career in design and professional services, where you’ll be part of a collaborative team that delivers excellence for clients.
Duties will include the production of three-dimensional (3D) models, drawings, calculations, information management documents, and clash detection.
Your work will typically include designing systems such as renewable technologies, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drainage, lighting, power, and fire systems using various digital technologies and automation tools.
You will be involved in design team meetings, driving model information during collaborative design co-ordination sessions and working together with others to solve design problems.
Alongside project delivery you will learn about procedural gatekeeping of information, ensuring compliance with industry strategies and standards, including knowledge of ISO 19650.
