We are searching for candidates to join our Apprenticeship Programme to train as a Parts Operations Specialist, Light Vehicle Technician or Heavy Vehicle Technician.

The Mercedes-Benz Apprentice Academy has been in place since 1995 and since then over 1,500 of our apprentices have graduated from the scheme. Recruitment of apprentices is increasing by 30 per cent year-on-year which shows a positive view from the Retailers of the apprentices coming through the ranks and the contribution they make to the businesses. As a further sign of investment in the programme the Apprentice Academy recently moved to £3 million state-of-the-art facilities at Tongwell, Milton Keynes, home of Mercedes‑Benz’ UK headquarters.
