Interested individuals can apply for one of the Insight Experiences offered by the company. These include the Black Heritage Insight Experience in spring and the Insight Experience for Women in summer.

Eligibility criteria for participation in these Insight Experiences include being in the first year of a three-year degree or the second year of a four-year degree program. There are no specific UCAS points required, and applicants do not need to be studying a particular subject.
The Insight Experiences are immersive, two-day programs that provide participants with an exclusive insight into life at the company, its purpose-led strategy, and different career pathways available.

Participants also have the opportunity to practice key skills such as networking and pitching.

Successful completion of these Insight Experiences could potentially lead to a summer internship with the company, provided applicants meet the necessary eligibility criteria regarding graduation year and the right to work in the UK.
