Aon’s Work Insights Programme offers a fantastic way to explore business career opportunities, you will get the chance to learn new skills and find out more about what Aon do.
During the Work Insights Programme, you will either participate in a hybrid or virtual experience:
- The five-day hybrid programme includes three days of virtual participation and two days of in-person participation in one of our offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Chelmsford, Leeds, London, Farnborough or Glasgow).
- The five-day virtual programme doesn’t require in-person attendance and provides similar opportunities for interaction with our colleagues.
- Our Half Term Work Insights Programmes will take place in February and October each year.
The three-day Half Term Programme will take place in person in one of our offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Chelmsford, Leeds, London, Farnborough or Glasgow).
Application Information
The Aon Work Insights Programme aims to provide greater access for students in Year 12/13 in state-funded schools or colleges.
