Paralegal apprentices will complete a Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship, accredited by CILEX (The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and solicitor apprentices will complete a LLB (law degree) in legal practice & skills. Upon successful completion of the solicitor apprenticeship you will become a fully qualified lawyer. As an apprentice you will deal with various individuals and groups and will be supported to undertake recognised qualifications whilst gaining invaluable on-the-job experience. You’ll spend 20% of your time on off-the-job learning which equates to one day per week for study time.

Requirements
You will need to be a team player, reliable, adaptable, conscientious, and able to work to instructions. We look for candidates with 3 A Levels or above and a minimum of five GCSE grades A*-C/9-4, including English and Maths. An A level in Law is desirable.
Selection process
Our selection process will involve an assessment centre and an insight day. The assessment centre will involve an interview and a group exercise. The Insight day is a mini work placement which will give you an opportunity to decide whether we’re the right firm for you.
