We offer apprenticeships across a variety of departments from Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR to Technology and Art. Our Apprentices receive lots of hands-on training from experienced professionals and are given real responsibility.

We look for individuals with plenty of drive and self-motivation that can bring a new perspective and fresh way of thinking to our business. You’ll need excellent communication and teamwork skills and know how to organise a varied workload. You’ll be able to contribute ideas and solve problems.

We offer different types of apprenticeships based on your career goals; whatever programme you choose, you will graduate with nationally recognised qualifications.

This programme is specifically designed for those who have not pursued higher education, but have completed, or are in the process of completing, their A-Levels (or equivalent level qualification). We regret that if you have graduated with a BA, MA or higher qualification, you cannot be considered for this programme.

How to apply

Applications for the Christie’s Apprenticeship Programme open in autumn and close in January. Assessments take place in spring and successful candidates join us in September.

Although we make all reasonable efforts to place individuals in their preferred department, this is not always possible due to the volume of interest versus places available. It is important to note that demand for work experience placements far exceeds the availability of places and, regrettably, we can only respond to those we are able to offer a place to.
