The programme will comprise of interactive learning sessions, speakers, panels, group projects, skills sessions, and networking, all delivered by Aon colleagues.

The five-day virtual programme doesn’t require in-person attendance and provides similar opportunities for interaction with our colleagues. Our Half Term Work Insights Programmes will take place in February and October each year. The three-day Half Term Programme will take place in person in one of our offices (Bristol, Birmingham, Chelmsford, Leeds, London, Farnborough or Glasgow).
